The Medway pair are competing for Great Britain in the Double Mini-Trampoline European Championships. Double mini-trampoline is a version of trampoline in which competitors sprint down a runway before bouncing on two small trampolines, one after the other. Athletes perform double and triple somersaults on the two small trampolines before performing a dismount on a landing mat.
The routine, which is a combination of athletics, trampoline and gymnastics, is judged on its technical difficulty and artistic merit - the same as a trampoline routine.
Both gymnasts, who represent Great Britain at in trampoline and doublemini-trampoline, train at the Jumpers Rebound Centre, Medway’s Olympic-standard trampolining facility.
They are supported by Medway’s Elite Athlete Support Programme.
