Extreme Medway

Medway's annual festival of extreme sports comes to Capstone on Sunday, 14 September.

Extreme Medway provides those with less of an interest in sport and more of a thirst for adrenaline the chance to get active.

The event takes place from 11am to 4pm and gives visitors the chance to try a number of activities including:

  • mini quad biking;

  • half pipe;

  • skiing and snowboarding;

  • laser clay pigeon shooting;

  • paintballing;

  • hovercrafts;

  • roack and ice climbing;

  • bungee running;

  • abseiling;

  • inflatable assault courses;

  • bouldering wall;

  • laser quest;

  • parkour;

  • bouncy castle and soft play area;

  • skateboarding and BMXing;

  • orienteering.

  • mountain biking;

 

All the activities are included in the day's admission fee of £5. Parents and spectators can go along for free.
