June 2009 Medway Park update
Building on the new 12-court sports hall began in June and work really accelerated as the weather and daylight became favourable.
The sports hall will include a sprung wooden floor, bleacher seating, 12 badminton courts, three basketball courts and will be home to the Medway Park Crusaders basketball team.
But at the moment it is just beginning to take shape.
The steel structure is beginning to show the size and location of the new hall, which will sit between the existing hall and Jumpers Rebound Centre and over look the new track.

The changing rooms for Medway Park's new health and fitness centre are nearing completion. Located on the top floor of the centre, next to the lounge bar area, they will be ready for action when the new gym opens.
