Top tips to cope with interview nerves

You might be really good at writing what’s good about you and why you’d be good at the job, but when it comes to talking it’s a whole different story. Check out our guide below to help you prepare for an interview and get you through those interview nerves.

Nerves

Yep, love them or hate them we all have them. What are nerves? Well they’re your body’s way of dealing with stress normally caused by a fear of the unknown. Symptoms include; dry mouth, shaky hands, sweating, thumping heart, faintness, feeling like you need to go to the bathroom – sound familiar! Everyone is nervous when attending a job interview – after all you’re doing all this because you want to get that job.
