What to do if you are bullying someone

If you have bullied someone, try and think why you did it and then find better ways to deal with the way you were feeling. Some people bully because they are angry – maybe you could take up an activity – you could run to get your anger out.

Talk to an adult. Don’t worry about getting into trouble. They will be pleased that you want to change and will be able to help you.

Think about how you would feel if you were being bullied and try to understand how your actions made people feel.

Change your actions and be friendly to others.
