We will be providing regular fitness content on our very own fitness channel as part of our ongoing commitment to our Premier Members.
Each month all current Premier Members will receive an exclusive email, link and password to access the latest classes. Keep an eye on your inbox.
The videos are on our Medway Sport channel on professional video sharing platform Vimeo.
If you already have the Vimeo App then you can simply search for our channel. However, you do not need Vimeo to access the videos - any smart device or browser will do.
Free bitesize classes for everyone
If you're not a member but still love our classes, we also have some free 10 minute bitesize fitness sessions on our channel.
All of our instructors are fully-trained fitness specialists, but all online classes are completed at your own risk. Please make sure you wear appropriate clothing and clear enough space to safely carry out our classes.
