Arethusa Venture Centre

Situated on the banks of the River Medway at Upnor, the Arethusa Venture Centre specialises in adventurous outdoor learning activities.

The centre has residential facilities for over 120 people and offers a vast range of exciting and adventurous activities, such as archery, kayaking and climbing. It is well equipped, with facilities and staff to support a wide range of outdoor pursuits. Its aims of participation, achievement, safety and fun run through all the activities.

Training courses are available for groups and individuals. You can hire a personal instructor to teach you specific skills, including belaying and knot tying or you can join in a group workshop.
