Treasure Island open air evening theatre at Upnor Castle
7 August (Upnor Castle, Upper Upnor) 7pm
Long John Silver and his crew of salty old sea dogs are weighing anchor at Upnor Castle in a brand new adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic tale Treasure Island. The play is performed by Quantum Theatre and promises wall-to-wall action as Jim Hawkins and his friends battle to recover the evil Captain Flint’s treasure before the pirates get there first. Along the way we are promised high drama, swordfights, sea shanties and of course Long John’s parrot, Cap’n Flint.

Ferret Fest – Cold War vehicle showcase
