All aboard at Chatham Waterfront bus
With its modern, sleek design and open surroundings,
Chatham Waterfront Bus Station presents a much more welcoming
reception to the bustling heart of Medway.
Services run from the station seven days a week serving
destinations across Medway and Kent.
At the Chatham Waterfront Bus Station there is also a
Travel Information Centre where information can be
obtained on all bus services and tickets can be purchased.
Chatham Waterfront consists of four platforms labelled A, B, C
and D - each with a number of individual stops on them. And while
the bus stop people catch their service from may change, they will

Travel Information Centre
For information on bus services, and to purchase tickets,
please visit the Travel Information Centre (TIC) which is located
on Platform A. The TIC is open 8am to 6pm,
Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm on
Saturdays. Please note, this will be closed on Sundays
and Bank Holidays.
However, the Bus Station facility itself is operational at all
times while buses are running, and information on departures will
be displayed on the information screens.

Information for coaches coming to Chatham
For tourist coaches coming into Chatham, passengers can be
dropped off and picked up at stand D19 in Waterfront Way. Coaches
are permitted to wait for 15 minutes. No parking is
allowed. Coaches must park at the
coach park in Rochester.
