Did you know?

The Department for Transport's research has shown that the cost to the community of a fatal crash is around £1.9million. A serious crash costs around £215,000 and a slight crash costs £22,000.

This information is based upon Table 4a from Transport Analysis Guidance 2009. This sum includes emergency service costs and road closures. Of course, the reality is that the real cost is of a lost or damaged life, which is priceless.
