Website availability and performance
The availability and performance of this website are monitored by a private monitoring organisation which provides constant reports. The table below gives the percentage of time that this website has been available (also called uptime) for a particular month. The statistics also take into account any problems with connectivity which are beyond the control of Medway Council. The percentage is calculated by three monitoring agents on different network nodes throughout the United Kingdom. These provide objective, redundant reporting from all three perspectives. This monitoring happens every 15 minutes, every day. Any failures are further verified by other monitors to avoid false alarms.
