From Saturday 1 August to Monday 31 August 2026, children from age 5 to 15 years old will be able to travel for free on buses in Medway.
Under 5's already travel free at all times.
This is part of the government's Great British Summer Savings scheme.

The following bus operators are taking part in the free bus travel for children scheme this summer:

- Chalkwell
- Nu-Venture
- Kent Country.
