Over the past two years Age UK Medway has been offering the befriending service.
This service was introduced as a way to help elderly resident's of Medway maintain connections with their local communities, as well as giving them someone to talk to, and a way of reducing social isolation.
The best thing about this service is that it's completely Free! And provided by fully trained and vetted volunteers.
Volunteers that clients cannot wait to see again.
