Call out for People living with Dementia and Supporters
Your new Zest Group is starting in April 2024
Would you like to have a joyful place to go to make new friends and share experiences?
How would you fancy trying your hand at some songwriting, dancing or ceramics? What about writing poetry, sharing stories or making films? All in a fun and supportive place?
Then why not try Zest Medway, a new group for people living with or affected by dementia meeting at the Sunlight Centre, Gillingham every Tuesday morning*, 10am to 12pm from 16 April.
You do not need to have previous creative experience, but we won’t put any limitations on what you can do, so why not try something new and perhaps reawaken a hidden talent or even discover a new passion?
We always have a chat over a cuppa at the end of each session, and our friendly Zest Coordinator will make sure that whatever we are doing each week you are in your element.
There’s no charge, but as a charity, donations are welcomed.
*40 weeks per year - we’ll let you know all the dates in advance.
