Medway and Maidstone Disability Athletics takes place on Saturdays from 11.45am to 1.15pm at Medway Park.
Sessions are open to anyone aged 9+ including both adults and children.
Sessions are open to athletes with any disability and coaching is offered in a variety of Paralympic athletics disciplines.
Sports wheelchairs are provided for those who require them.
