Council Tax Reduction
If you’re having trouble paying your Council Tax and are on a low income you may be eligible for help under the Council Tax Reduction scheme.
You may also be eligible for a reduction or exemption if you:
- live alone
- someone you live with is a student
- someone you live with is disabled, a carer or care worker
- have an empty property.

If you cannot pay, contact us as soon as possible or further action will be taken to recover what is owed.
