Comment on a waste issue

If you'd like to let us know how we have done, or what you think we could improve, you can tell us about it using our online form. We'll send your comments to the relevant service.

You can comment on an issue with:

  • a street cleaning crew
  • a waste collection crew.

In the form you'll need to provide information about:

  • where the issue happened
  • the crew the issue is about
  • if you're reporting a specific incident or if it happened once
  • the date and time of the incident
  • your contact information.
