Planning constraints are policies or conditions that affect if and how a property or piece of land can be developed.
You can use our planning constraints checker to see any constraints that may impact development plans for land or property.
How to check
To do this you'll need a postcode or to be able to use the map to draw the outline of the site if the site does not have an address.
If you need help to draw the map, phone 01634 331 700.
