Come along to the event village in Rochester Castle Gardens between 12pm and 8pm.

Event day timetable

  • 12 midday: Event village opens
  • 12.45 to 1.30pm: British Cycling Adult Invitation Ride (sign-on and start on Esplanade)
  • 1.45pm to 2.15pm: British Cycling Go Ride Club Invitation Ride (sign-on and start on Esplanade)
  • 2.30pm to 3.30pm: Medway Big Ride (sign-on in Castle Gardens. Start on Boley Hill)
  • 4pm to 4.45pm: National Circuit Championships - elite rider sighting and warm up laps
  • 5pm: Elite Women’s National Circuit Championships Race
  • 6pm: Women’s Podium Presentation (Esplanade)
  • 6.30pm: Elite Men’s National Circuit Championships Race
  • 7.45pm: Men’s Podium Presentation (Esplanade)


Both Championships Races run for 50 minutes, plus 5 final racing laps.

Before the main races there will be a Big Ride mass participation ride from 2.30pm to 3.30pm on all but a small part of the race course (the blue route on the map).

Places will be limited. Helmets must be worn. The blue route does not include hills.
