Please make yourself aware of our terms and conditions before you enrol on a course so you can make sure that everything is right for you before you book.
If your chosen course is full you can put your name onto a waiting list for the course and we will contact you if a place becomes available. Please contact 01634 338 400 or visit us at Rochester Community Hub to put yourself onto a waiting list.
For many courses it is possible to join at any time, if there are still places available. If the course has already started you will only have to pay for the remaining sessions.
If you’re interested in a course you can check if you can still enrol and find out the course fee by searching for a course online, by phoning 01634 338 400 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that courses that involve examinations can’t be joined after the end of the third week.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds can only be given if you withdraw from a course at least 14 days before it starts. There is a £10 administration charge for withdrawing. No refunds can be given if you withdraw from a course less than 14 days before it starts.
If your course is cancelled before it begins a full refund will be given.
If your course is cancelled after it has begun, a refund will be given for any remaining time, or you may transfer to a different course.
Please note that if you’re applying for a concession you will need to be able to provide proof of your eligibility during your course.
