Sessions begin on your very own oversized lilo, ready to chill in your own space.
This is enhanced by the melodic sounds of the gongs and chimes being carefully played to enhance your wellbeing.

If you have any medical conditions that could be affected by sound vibrations and gentle movement on water, consult with your GP before booking.
How to book
Sessions are held in our pools at Cozenton Park Sports Centre and Hoo Sports Centre.
Floating sound bath sessions cost:
- £10 for members
- £20 for non-members.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Sessions do sell out quickly and when future events are available can be booked online.
