Renewals and reservations
Books and other items can be renewed:
- by logging into your online account
- at your local library
- by our Spydus app for Android or iPhone
- by calling us on 01634 337 799.
To renew, you will need your library card and PIN.
If you do not have a PIN take your library card and a proof of address to a Medway library where library staff will give you a PIN.
Reservations
You can reserve items either online or by phone 01634 337 799 (phone lines may be busy)
Collecting reserved books
Wait until we email (or phone) you to tell you the book(s) are ready to collect.
Travel safely to the community hub or library where your book(s) will be waiting for you.
Remember that if you reserve more than one book, they may not all arrive at the same time.
Reservations costs
Reservations are free for items stocked by Medway Libraries. If the item is out of stock but in the South East Library Management System (SELMS), you can reserve it for £3.
