We organise fun workshops and events for young people, families and the wider community to get involved in. We also offer free, drop-in workshops for families at major Medway events such as the Medway Mile, Capstone Festival, Will Adams Festival and English Festival.

Medway Print Festival 2019
Friday 7 June to Sunday 23 June
The fourth annual Medway Print Festival is the biggest yet and will be taking place this June featuring an exciting mix of over 50 workshops, exhibitions and events in 16 venues, many of which are free.
So whether it’s linocuts, screen printing or etching, letterpress, textile or gelli printing, there’s something for all ages and abilities to enjoy.

Our partnership projects
Cabbage Island at Icon Theatre
This community heritage project allows you to explore the local history of Luton with free research workshops, guided heritage trails to uncover hidden historical sites and touring exhibitions to celebrate the traditions and memories of Luton.
This is a year-long literature project including creative writing workshops, open mic and spoken words events, a writer development programme and a zine-making workshop (making your own collection of self-published works.
Paint the Town Festival at venues across Medway in Spring 2018
A festival of theatre and arts in local venues and hidden spaces across Medway produced by Lyrici Arts in partnership with Battersea Arts Centre as part of the Collaborative Touring Network. Paint The Town is back for Season Four in Spring 2018.
Uncover stories shared through theatre performances, documentary, exhibitions and an online learning resource with this event provided by the Medway African and Caribbean Association. Black History Live explores the history of African and Caribbean people across Medway and Kent in the 19th and 20th.
