Our weekly cooking experiences and parent workshops have proved popular and successful, reaching out to share affordable healthy eating recipes and ideas. Our oral health drive has empowered families to look after their teeth.”

Parkwood Christian Fellowship Preschool have been part of the HEY awards since 2019. They have achieved their bronze, silver and gold awards and are working towards their platinum award. Ellie said:
As a setting we have really enjoyed the additional activities available with HEY that we can implement in our setting to support our children's holistic learning, such as visits from the tooth fairy and engaging cookery activities supported by familiar stories.
In November 2024 we were awarded outstanding by Ofsted. Our inspector shared with us how our journey with the HEY award demonstrated one of the many ways we go above and beyond as a setting to ensure we provide the best early years education for our children to thrive.”
