Vaping and the law
It is illegal to:
- buy a vape for someone under the age of 18
- sell a vape to someone under the age of 18.
Report retailers who are selling vapes to young people under the age of 18.
Singe-use vapes
Single-use vapes were banned in the UK on 1 June 2025.
This was due to environmental concerns and the risk of young people vaping.
