Phase 2: July 2018 to December 2018
Phase 2 aims to:
- encourage residents and staff to use online services
- simplify processes and use technology to improve the way we work
- reduce the number of separate ICT systems
- organisational change
- establish ‘business as usual’ (BAU) structure
Phase 3: January 2019
In phase 3 we will:
- assess readiness of becoming a digital council
- make ongoing process improvements
- be using ICT across Medway to increase council efficiency, share information and improve the quality of council services
