Phase 2: July 2018 to December 2018

Phase 2 aims to:

  • encourage residents and staff to use online services
  • simplify processes and use technology to improve the way we work
  • reduce the number of separate ICT systems
  • organisational change
  • establish ‘business as usual’ (BAU) structure

Phase 3: January 2019

In phase 3 we will:

  • assess readiness of becoming a digital council
  • make ongoing process improvements
  • be using ICT across Medway to increase council efficiency, share information and improve the quality of council services
