What happens next

If your application is successful and you did not send a cheque, we’ll phone you on the number you provided in your application to take payment.

If we cannot get through to you first time, we will leave a voicemail with a phone number for you to phone us back on.

You have 30 days to make payment once we’ve approved your application.

We aim to get your permit to you within 10 working days of the date we received your application.

Once you receive your permit you must display it clearly in your vehicle or risk being issued with a parking fine, also known as a penalty charge notice (PCN).
