Strood gym and court sessions

Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), we are now putting measures in place to ensure Strood is as safe as possible. This includes adding specific sessions for our gyms and courts.

Members can log in and book activities now. All customers must book in advance.

Gym

Monday to Friday

  • Session 1 - 7am to 8am
  • Session 2 - 8.30am to 9.30am
  • Session 3 - 10am to 11am
  • Session 4 - 11.30am to 12.30noon
  • Session 5 - 1pm to 2pm
  • Session 6 - 2.30pm to 3.30pm
  • Session 7 - 4pm to 5pm
  • Session 8 - 5.30pm to 6.30pm
  • Session 9 - 6.45pm to 7.45pm

Saturday and Sunday

  • Session 1 - 7.30am to 8.30am
  • Session 2 - 9am to 10am
  • Session 3 - 10.30am to 11.30am
  • Session 4 - 12noon to 1pm
  • Session 5 - 1.30pm to 2.30pm

Strood courts

Badminton, short tennis, table tennis, squash.

Monday to Friday

  • Session 1 - 8.15am to 9.15am
  • Session 2 - 9.45am to 10.45am
  • Session 3 - 11.15am to 12.15pm
  • Session 4 - 12.45pm to 1.45pm
  • Session 5 - 2.15pm to 2.15pm
  • Session 6 - 3.45pm to 4.45pm
  • Session 7 - 5.15pm to 6.15pm
  • Session 8 - 6.45pm to 7.45pm

Saturday and Sunday

  • Session 1 - 8am to 9am
  • Session 2 - 9.30am to 10.30am
  • Session 3 - 11am to 12pm
  • Session 4 - 12.30noon to 1.30pm
  • Session 5 - 2pm to 3pm

Booking a racquet sports session

Indoor racquet sports can only be used by players from the same household. This is in line with government guidance.

Players must provide proof that they live at the same address. 

Coached sessions for juniors from different households are allowed within the regulations.

These can only be booked by registered sports clubs as a block booking.

To make a booking, you must show proof of your coaching licence and public liability insurance.

All coached sessions must be run in line with the relevant return-to-play guidance from the National Governing Body.
