Strood gym and court sessions

Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), we are now putting measures in place to ensure Strood is as safe as possible. This includes adding specific sessions for our gyms and courts.

Members can log in and book activities now. Non-members will be able to book from 22 July. All customers must book in advance.

Gym

Monday to Friday

  • Session 1 - 7am to 8am
  • Session 2 - 8.30am to 9.30am
  • Session 3 - 10am to 11am
  • Session 4 - 11.30am to 12.30noon
  • Session 5 - 1pm to 2pm
  • Session 6 - 2.30pm to 3.30pm
  • Session 7 - 4pm to 5pm
  • Session 8 - 5.30pm to 6.30pm
  • Session 9 - 6.45pm to 7.45pm

Saturday and Sunday

  • Session 1 - 7.30am to 8.30am
  • Session 2 - 9am to 10am
  • Session 3 - 10.30am to 11.30am
  • Session 4 - 12noon to 1pm
  • Session 5 - 1.30pm to 2.30pm
