All our classes can be adapted to your fitness level.

Classes are:

  • £6.30 for centre members
  • £8.30 for non-members
  • £4.20 for group cycle classes for members and £6.20 for non members

You can get free and unlimited access to fitness classes with selected memberships.

  • 6.45pm to 7.45pm in Studio 1

Boxercise

  • 7pm to 7.45pm in the Functional Training Studio

Aqua zumba

  • 8pm to 9pm in the main pool

On Your Marks Functional

  • 10am to 10.45am in the Functional Training Studio
