You must book all activities in advance.

When you visit our buildings, we'll ask for your name, email, phone number and postcode for test and trace. This is to keep you and others safe. You cannot enter our buildings if you do not give us your details.

Cancellation policy

Any online booking can be cancelled online if you can no longer attend, refunds will not be offered.
 
If you have not booked online and wish to cancel a session you need to give 24 hours notice so we have opportunity to re sell the space. On the day cancellation cannot be refunded unless we are able to resell that space.
 
If you do not show for a booking we will operate a policy of 3 no shows within 1 month = 1 month online booking ban.
