SEND education outside of Medway
We support the idea that children and young people’s education needs are best met in local mainstream settings.
All schools in Medway offer support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). However, we may consider an independent specialist setting outside of Medway if your child's needs cannot be met locally.
We make these decisions based on the needs identified in your child's Education, Health, and Care (EHC) plan.
