In correspondence between the inspectors and the council earlier this year (examination documents MLP/ED5 to MLP/ED10) inspectors asked the council to complete another consultation on the supporting evidence documents. These documents were not available when the council invited comments on the version of the local plan submitted for examination (Regulation 19).
