View and manage your applications
If you have started or submitted a HMO licence application or renewal, you can:
- view your application details
- update an application you have not yet submitted
- check the progress of your application
- delete an application you no longer want to complete.

Withdraw your application
If you have submitted your HMO application and want to withdraw it, email hmo@medway.gov.uk.
Within your email include:
- the property address
- your application number
- your reason for withdrawing.
We'll send you a confirmation email once your application has been withdrawn.
You may be able to get a full or partial refund depending on how much work has already been done on your application.
