Maidstone Borough Council is inviting residents and businesses, including those based in Medway, to have their say and share their ideas on the proposed Lidsing Garden Settlement development.
The Community Voice Sessions are taking place on Thursday, 6 March from 3pm to 9pm and Monday, 10 March from 11am to 1pm at Blacksmith’s Barn, Blacksmith’s Court, Bredhurst, ME7 3JU.
The Lidsing Garden Settlement is an area that has been identified for major new development in Maidstone Borough Council’s (MBC) Local Plan Review 2021-2038.
Maidstone Borough Council has started to prepare a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for the site, which will provide further guidance about how the new community should be developed.
