Forms that will be unavailable include:

  • Apply for assisted waste collections
  • Apply to become a snow warden
  • Apply to join the Medway Fair Trader scheme
  • Apply to Medway mobility
  • Graffiti or flyposter removal
  • Make a food complaint or report food poisoning
  • Order new waste bins or bags
  • Report a missed waste collection or refuse out too early
  • Report a problem or find out about a greenspace, park or outdoor play area
  • Report a problem with a recycling point
  • Report a problem with dogs
  • Report a problem with noise
  • Report allotment issues
  • Report an environmental nuisance
  • Report an issue with a car park
  • Report an issue with a footway
  • Report an issue with a highway
  • Report an issue with a public right of way
  • Report bonfire, burning, air pollution and nuisance odours
  • Report damaged or faulty lamppost, insufficient lighting, or festive lighting issues
  • Report damaged or request new signs, shelters and barriers
  • Report flytipping
  • Report issues to the Environmental Enforcement Team
  • Report traffic light and pedestrian crossing issues, and request new traffic lights
  • Report unauthorised work on a protected tree
  • Report vandalism of a bus shelter
  • Request a change to a bus stop or shelter
  • Request alley gate maintenance or advice
  • Request information about maps, roads or properties
  • Request road safety improvements or information
  • Request street cleaning
