Last night (Wednesday, 9 September) we marked Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) awareness day.
Rochester Castle was lit green in support of those who have experienced challenges as a result of FASD, and in recognition of the health and social care professionals who are continuing to raise awareness of the potential harms of drinking alcohol during pregnancy.
Council officers and members have also undertaken FASD training to help them support Medway residents.
