The final night of this year’s Castle Concerts has been revealed.

Visitors will dance the night away under the stars at Rochester Castle Concerts.

Relive your favourite floor-filling hits with your friends at our spectacular Soul Party, back by popular demand, with a special guest performance from the legendary George McCrae in the beautiful Rochester Castle Gardens on Friday, 12 July.

The castle is a unique venue in the heart of Rochester and popular with fans for its intimate atmosphere which gives concert goers great views of the stage.

The all-star cast will bring the vibe of Chaka Khan, Tina Turner, James Brown, Aretha Franklin, Lionel Richie, Barry White and many more to life.

Dance to timeless soul classics such as Respect, I Feel Good and River Deep - to name just a few.

Special guest George McCrae rocketed to fame in the 1970s with the smash hit Rock Your Baby, George continued to set the music world on fire with two platinum singles, two platinum albums and 14 gold records along with top music awards from all over the globe.

George spearheaded the whole "Miami Sound" which became the nation's disco taste and the record that set the standard for every other pop recording artist to follow was Rock Your Baby. It sold in excess of 52 million copies making it one of the biggest selling pop records in history. Voted the "Number one Single of the Year" by Rolling Stone Magazine.

George is back with a newly recorded album called Love, an authentic blend of soul, funk, pop and disco. We are thoroughly looking forward to welcoming George to our spectacular Soul Party.
