Medway libraries will reopen from Monday, 27 July.

Libraries and community hubs will be able to offer a face to face service for council and library enquiries. Customers will not be able to browse books but they can reserve and pick up books using the new click and collect service as well as return library books.

Residents will also be able to book sessions to use library computers from Monday, 3 August.

Daily visitor parking vouchers will not be available from libraries, but customers can purchase them by calling 01634 332266.

Residents are encouraged to use contactless payment where possible.

A number of new social distancing measures will be in place, for example, staff will be behind Perspex screens and will use hand sanitiser before, and after, handling equipment and books.

Opening times for libraries and community hubs have been revised so residents are encouraged to visit our webpages before visiting their local library.
