Supporting Medway's young people

Cllr Martin Potter, Medway Council’s Portfolio Holder for Education and Schools, said: “We are sending our best wishes to the hundreds of students in Medway receiving their A-Level results this week. It is an exciting and nerve-wracking time but we hope that you get the results you are hoping for. We are so proud of how Medway students have adapted to the very challenging 17 months we’ve had, and we would like to thank the staff and teachers for their support during the coronavirus. If you do not get the results that you were expecting, or are unsure of what to do next, we suggest that you talk to your school or college in the first instance. Our Information Advice and Guidance team are also available to provide support and guidance to young people in Medway. We wish you all the best with the next step, whether it be education, an apprenticeship or employment.”
