Our first ever Medway Business and Skills Showcase event took place on Wednesday 10 April 2024 at MidKent College.
At the event, there was the opportunity to:
- promote and exhibit your business
- learn about new opportunities and skills that can boost your business
- network with and be inspired by other businesses and their journeys to success.
The free event showcased and celebrated businesses in Medway and had an agenda full of resources and information useful for any business.

- 9.30am: Welcome
- 9.45am to 10.30am: Gen Z workforce: How to enable young professionals to thrive
- 10.30am to 11.15am: Growing your business in Medway: a panel discussion
- 11.30am to midday: Getting the most out of AI for your business
- 12pm to 2pm: Lunch (sessions will continue)
- 12.15pm to 1pm: Influencing careers education
- 1.15pm to 1.45pm: Boosting your workforce panel
- 2pm to 2.30pm: How to have fun at work
- 2.45pm to 3.15pm: A new approach to create outstanding leadership and workplace culture
- 3.15pm to 4.15pm: Entertainment and drinks networking.
