We’re consulting on 6 proposed schemes, drawn from the adopted Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan, which have been designed to make it safer, easier and more attractive for people to walk, wheel and cycle.

Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) text message scam
If you receive a text message asking you to pay a PCN, do not open any links or make a payment with their instructions. This is a scam.
We do not send text messages when we issue PCNs.
EU Entry/Exit system (EES)
The EU introduced a new digital border check called the EES on 12 October. It will affect you if you're a British national travelling to a country in the Schengen area, which includes France.
Parking
This section includes information on:
- car parks in Medway
- parking permits, vouchers and season tickets
- disabled parking badges (Blue Badges)
- parking fines.
Roads and streets
This section includes information on:
- roadworks and highway improvements
- reporting a problem, such as potholes
- licences to work on the highway
- applications, such as for a dropped kerb.
Travel and buses
This section includes information on:
- bus timetables
- applying for bus passes
- school travel, including free school transport
- Medway Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP).
