If you change your name or address during the period of the lease it is your responsibility to notify Bereavement Services. If you require your plaque to be moved, this can be requested.

To pay for your memorial online, you will need the following:
- your contact details
- name of deceased
- location reference (found on your letter of renewal)
- your payment details, we accept Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard
