The new homes built will be a mixture of 2-bedroom houses and one-bedroom bungalows that we will maintain and manage.
Building Associates Limited are the main contractor. They will make sure they use this project as an opportunity to support local people and businesses.
To deliver this project, Building Associates Limited will use our local supply chain and labour, where possible. They are committed to providing employment and training with local apprenticeship opportunities.
