Benefits and debt advice

Low income and mounting debts can lead to homelessness, as well as social, emotional and health related issues. To help prevent this, we can give you advice and support with financial difficulties.

Our debt and financial welfare hub

Our financial welfare hub has trained money guiders who can help if you're struggling.

You can get free help to:

  • improve your financial situation (including in the short term if you're in crisis)
  • claim all benefits you're entitled to
  • manage debt and debt repayments (including if they're taken from your benefits)
  • find out what to do if you cannot pay your rent or mortgage
  • maintain healthy finances through budgeting and prioritising spending.
