Closed the last Friday of each month.
The Arthritis Care Helpline is free, confidential and open to anyone with arthritis and their families.
Each member of our helpline team has experience of living with arthritis or another long-term condition or has close links with someone who has arthritis.
The helpline can help with information about:
- how to manage pain
- specific conditions
- options about medication and treatments
- what exercise or diet might be appropriate
- how to manage on an emotional level
