Beat offers a Message Board for those over 18.
The message board is here to support anyone concerned about themselves or someone else affected by eating disorders or difficulties with food, weight and shape.
We fully appreciate that everyone is affected differently by their eating disorder and will be in varying stages of their recovery.
The board is a place for all of these individuals to communicate and find support from their peers.
You will need to register to post on the Beat online boards.
How posts are managed
The Beat message board team moderates all posts before they are posted, to prevent potentially harmful information being shared.
We're available to post messages Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 5.30pm, and aim to moderate all posts within 48 hours.
Currently messages will not be posted on weekends and bank holidays.
