Our care plans are designed to be tailored to each individual making sure that all their needs are met and respected. Where possible individuals are encouraged to participate in the completion of their care plan.
The care that we provide includes:
- assistive care for those with physical disabilities to enable them to do the things in their daily life that they would be unable to do alone
- continence support
- toileting, including catheter care and stoma bags
- assistance in getting into and out of bed, dressing and undressing
- domestic services including cleaning, vacuum cleaning, dusting, ironing and laundry
- companionship
We also assist with:
- collecting and unpacking shopping
- night sits: waking care if a person needs help during the night, and sleeping care if a person cannot be on their own
- dementia care, promoting independence and wellbeing whilst assisting in keeping them safe
- meal preparation and feeding
- medication monitoring
- palliative, end of life care
- alzheimer's care
- mental illnesses
- learning difficulties
- physical difficulties
- enablement
- assisting and supporting in gaining/regaining confidence and independence (such as after an illness or accident)
- mobility and the use of aids
- support and assistance of using equipment
- safety in the service user's home
- social visits to keep the service user company
- checking calls to make sure your loved ones are safe
- respite care where we can allocate a member of staff to sit and care for your loved one(s)
