Description

Bipolar UK's Link Mentoring provides telephone-based peer mentoring on a one-to-one basis for people affected by bipolar.

Mentoring is provided by volunteer mentors who have a diagnosis of bipolar or who have first hand experience of living with someone with bipolar, providing support, advice and practical information.

The mentoring sessions happen on a regular basis via telephone and aim to provide support, advice and practical information.

All volunteer mentors undergo a DBS check and reference check, and receive training before actively mentoring.
