Carers Trust offers a Carers Space on its website which provides a safe space in which carers can chat, support one another and share their experiences.
The chat spaces include discussion forums where carers can discuss their experiences around specific topics and give advice and tips.
There are also carers blogs where carers can write about their experiences at greater length for others to read.
The carers live chatroom offers both an Elevenses session from 11am on the first Tuesday of the month for informal chat and Wednesday night Hob Nobs each week from 8pm to 9pm for a special light-hearted chat.
