Back 2 Employment (B2E) provides information and guidance for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people aged 16 and over, and is a free, friendly and confidential service.
B2E can assist in various employment training, such as:
- CV writing
- Interview skills
- Researching jobs
- Work choices
We can help by:
- giving clients with information and advice by email, phone or other suitable ways
- building up and maintaining knowledge of information resources on education, training and work to signpost you to the information you need
- collecting, updating and producing information on opportunities in a particular employment sector
- referring you to other agencies such as government agencies, learning and training providers or specialist organisations, and advocating on your behalf where necessary
